During this session, we will review the concept lab process and methodologies used during the in-person workshop held in May 2023. We will recap the initial group findings, as well as discuss and refine the three specific use cases to assess the challenges and opportunities associated with banking experiences for older adults and their children to refresh those that participated and bring forward those that are new to the group. In closing, we’ll share a brief overview of market solutions that provide a competitive edge for cross-generational relationships that we’ll spotlight in the subsequent workshop sessions.
