Lead Product Manager - Fintech
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Company: Rebolt Financial Technologies
Help Us Build the Future of Payments for Community Banks
At Rebolt Financial Technologies, we’re on a mission to make sure community banks and credit unions don’t get left behind in the race toward digital transformation. We believe local institutions are the backbone of thriving communities — and they deserve access to the same powerful tools that big banks and fintechs use to serve business customers.

Rebolt is a modern payments platform built by and for community banks. Our products help financial institutions offer best-in-class business payment experiences without having to reinvent the wheel. Instead of competing with existing systems, Rebolt works with them — offering an easy integration path, a flexible API framework, and a platform that amplifies what banks already do best: building trust and relationships.

If you’re passionate about fintech, SaaS products, and creating technology that empowers rather than replaces, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of user experience, and product strategy. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving the next generation of Rebolt’s payments products — helping community and regional banks deliver seamless, modern payment capabilities to their small business customers.

This is a mid-level role perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful product work while collaborating closely with senior leadership (our banks), engineering, design, and external partners.
What You'll Do
As a Product Manager at Rebolt, you’ll help define the future of how small and midsize financial institutions deliver payments experiences. You’ll start by deeply understanding our customers — their challenges, workflows, and the competitive pressures they face — and use those insights to guide every decision you make.

You’ll translate customer feedback and market research into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and feature definitions. Working closely with engineering and design, you’ll bring those ideas to life — making sure every release moves us closer to our goal of empowering community institutions with fintech-grade capabilities.
You’ll also collaborate with external partners and vendors, ensuring our integrations are seamless, compliant, and value-adding. Throughout it all, you’ll track performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously iterate to make Rebolt’s platform more powerful, intuitive, and impactful.

This is a role for someone who loves building, learning, and improving — and who takes pride in seeing the tangible results of their work in the real world of financial services.
