Leading Change in Uncertain Times
Planning for the New Normal - Rapid Response Strategies
Pandemic Response Video Roundtable Series
The rapid spread of the coronavirus pandemic has suddenly thrust unexpected items to the top of bankers’ priority lists, while others are being pushed down, at least temporarily. As leaders reassess and reprioritize, one thing is clear: the need to develop new ways to do business only increases during times of massive change.
We worked with our strategic partner the American Bankers Association to share some of the experiences and leading-edge thinking coming from some of the most innovative banks in the industry as they respond to the pandemic and start to plan for what the ‘new normal’ might look like on the other side.
Check out this series of video roundtable discussions to help you guide your bank through these uncertain times. Lessons learned and best practices shared will have direct applicability now and for the future.

Session 3 - What Comes Next? Life After Crisis Mode
As initial reactive measures take hold and the acute impacts begin to subside, we turn our focus to preparing for likely longer-term impacts for customers and on the industry. The biggest lesson we have learned from times of great and sudden change is that those who survive and thrive are those who adapt to the new normal quickly.
Session 2 - Shifting Priorities During Times of Rapid Change
The second session focuses on new and emerging issues arising from the initial crisis response and from working through new practices as the acute impacts extend and expand. We’ll share new lessons learned in real time as banks continue to adapt to changing circumstances.
Session 1 - The Need for Speed - Early Crisis Response
Our first session focuses on effective rapid response in the face of a quickly developing crisis. Clarity and certainty are desired, but hard to come by, as leaders try to create some semblance of order out of chaos. Learn from the real world experiences of bank leaders and industry experts, with direct applicability now and for the future.
Pandemic Response Surveys and Data Visualizations
We are conducting ongoing open and anonymous surveys to help banks track the impact of coronavirus pandemic and how they are responding as a public service to the industry. We are focused on U.S. banks, but we we are also sharing international responses as they come in.
